Acceptable Use Policy
Plain-English list of how OpenClaw to Business may and may not be used by verified service businesses.

1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to all users of OpenClaw to Business operated by LPJ Services LLC at clawtobusiness.com, including business owners (Subscribers), end users interacting with subscriber-powered AI assistants, and any party using the platform's three operational pillars (Digital Presence, Business Infrastructure, and Operational Expense Management when launched).
2. General acceptable use
OpenClaw to Business is intended for verified businesses to:
- Operate professional digital presence (websites, AI customer communication, lead capture, SEO).
- Set up and operate U.S. business entities through our trusted partner Northwest Registered Agent.

- Send unsolicited bulk communications, phishing, or abusive messages.

- Engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices.
4. Prohibited uses (operational expense card features — when launched)
When operational expense card features launch, the following uses are prohibited under both our policy and the sponsor bank's operating letter:
4.1 Strictly prohibited under any circumstances
- Consumer use — cards may not be used for personal, family, or household expenses.
- Lending without applicable licenses — cards may not be issued or used as a substitute for credit, loan, or factoring products that require state or federal lending licenses.
- Payroll disbursement — cards may not be used to pay employee wages as a workaround to compliant payroll systems and tax withholding.
- Retail scalping — purchasing in-demand inventory (sneakers, electronics, event tickets) for arbitrage resale.
- Free-trial abuse — using disposable card credentials to evade trial-period restrictions on third-party services.
- Stored-value resale — selling balances, credits, or program access maintained on the cards to third parties.
- Cryptocurrency trading — using cards to fund speculative crypto purchases or trading.
4.2 Restricted by sponsor bank policy (subject to program rules)
- Gambling and gaming-related transactions.
- Cannabis, marijuana, and CBD products (state-dependent and program-dependent).
- Adult content and adult-services merchant categories.
- Specific high-risk Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) flagged by the sponsor bank.
- Foreign exchange beyond ordinary operational FX needs.
5. Verification and ongoing monitoring
Use of operational expense card features requires:
- Successful Know-Your-Business (KYB) verification of the legal entity.
- Successful Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification of beneficial owners and control persons.
- Acknowledgment of this Acceptable Use Policy with timestamp and IP record.
- Ongoing transaction monitoring per Bank Secrecy Act and sponsor bank requirements.
