Who we are

LPJ Services LLC is a United States limited liability company operating from Coconut Creek, Florida. We build and operate ClaWtoBusiness — a unified ecosystem that helps U.S. startups and small businesses launch their company, grow online with AI, and operate with bookkeeping, tax, and compliance support.

The company was founded in 2025 by Luiz Carlos da Silva Junior. We are an active operating business with paying clients across South Florida and beyond — not a side project or a beta-stage startup.

Where we operate

We are headquartered in Florida and serve clients across the United States. Our infrastructure runs on Railway (US-East), Cloudflare (global CDN), and PostgreSQL/Redis managed clusters. Email infrastructure runs on Zoho Mail (US datacenters) with DKIM and SPF enforced.

Our governing law is the State of Florida, United States. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
